About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning activities in the field of state registration of acts of civil status

According to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (with changes), for the purpose of process improvement of provision of administrative services in the field of state registration of acts of civil status, creating favorable conditions for their obtaining I order:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 9, 2015 No. 1187/5 "About introduction of pilot project on filing of applications in the field of state registration of acts of civil status through the Internet", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 9, 2015 at No. 812/27257 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 1 after the words "via the Internet" to add 1) with words "and to determine that departments of state registration of acts of civil status - participants of pilot project are:

departments of state registration of acts of civil status of managements of state registration of the head territorial administrations of justice in areas and the city of Kiev;

district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), interdistrict departments of state registration of acts of civil status of the head territorial administrations of justice in areas and the city of Kiev.";

Item 2 to exclude 2);

Item 6 to state 3) in the following edition:

"6. To provide with the head territorial administration of justice in areas and the city of Kiev in case of change of account details on payment of administrative services, and also paid services in the field of state registration of acts of civil status no later than two working days from the date of such changes introduction of corresponding changes with use of the software of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens.".

2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning activities in the field of state registration of acts of civil status which are attached.

3. To the administrator of the Electronic register of apostilles, the State register of acts of civil status of citizens to take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order within two months from the effective date.

4. To department of private law () submit A.N. Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy Minister Sevostyanova N. I.

Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning activities in the field of state registration of acts of civil status

1. In Rules of state registration of the acts of civil status in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 18, 2000 No. 52/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2000 at No. 719/4940 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 3307/5):

1) in Item 3 of the Section I of the word "Departments of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status District, District in the Cities, City (the Cities of Regional Value), Interdistrict Justice Departments" shall be replaced with words "District, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), gorrayonny, interdistrict departments of state registration of acts of civil status of the head territorial administrations of justice";

2) in the Section II:

in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "department of state registration of acts of civil status district, district in the city, city (the cities of regional value), district, interdistrict justice department" shall be replaced with words "district, district in the city, city (the cities of regional value), district, interdistrict department of state registration of acts of civil status of the head territorial administration of justice";

paragraphs two, third Item 3 to exclude;

3) in the Section III:
