1. Approve the Procedure for receipt of consent of the subject of personal data to collection and processing of its personal data, procedure and form of the notification of subjects of personal data of transfer of their personal data to the third party according to appendix.
2. To state bodies of the executive authority, state bodies, not a part of the system the executive authority (under approval), to the legal entities (under approval) who are holders (owners) of arrays of personal data to take necessary measures for ensuring accomplishment of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
