About the days off which are not considered by workers in connection with holidays in 2006

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 30, 2005 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic" of December 30, 2005 No. 44-IIIGD" and being guided No. 349 by Article 105 of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Determine that in connection with coincidence in 2006 of the days off and holidays which are not considered by workers, on January 3 and 4 on May 29 and on November 13 are the days off.

2. In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About holidays Gurban, Nowruz and Ramazan" of December 26, 2005 No. 240 of the word "on October 23-holiday the Ramazan" shall be replaced with words "on October 23-24 - holiday the Ramazan".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
