Some questions of payment of grants in the state and utility educational institutions, scientific institutions
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1047 "About the sizes of grants in the state and utility educational institutions, scientific institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 149, No. 12, the Art. 341) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that since November 1, 2017 grants in the sizes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1047, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution are appointed and paid in the expense limits on scholarship providing approved in estimates of the relevant organizations of education for 2017.
3. To the ministry of social policy to provide money transfer to the state higher educational institutions I-IV of level of accreditation, scientific institutions for payment of social grants to students, the cadets of not military higher educational institutions studying in day form according to the state order in the sizes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1047, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution, in full.
4. To the central executive bodies, the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to take measures for providing with general education, professional, higher educational institutions and scientific institutions which belong to the sphere of their management, fulfillment of requirements of this resolution for the account and within the expenses approved in accordance with the established procedure provided on scholarship providing in estimates of such organizations.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since November 1, 2017.
