About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2006 No. 1301 and of June 20, 2013 No. 503

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in paragraph one of Item 15 of the Regulations on the state hydrometeorological fund approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2006 No. 1301 "About approval of regulations on the state hydrometeorological fund and about the state climatic inventory" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 166, 5/23174), words "public institution" the republican hydrometeorological center "shall be replaced with words" public institution "Republican center for hydrometeorology, control of radioactive pollution and monitoring of the environment";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503 "About some questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.06.2013, 5/37432; 26.05. 2016, 5/42110):
1.2.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

in subitem 5.3 of the word of "regulation of impact on climate and ozone layer" shall be replaced with words "protection of atmospheric air, ozone layer, rational use and protection of water resources, mitigation of the consequences of climate change and adaptation to climate changes";
