1. Determine that lump sum payment on initial acquisition by economy (further - payment) to the staff of the organizations performing punishments (further - employees), is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget within the budgetary appropriations provided on content of Federal Penitentiary Service in the amount up to 3 salaries of monetary pay.

2. Employees have the right to payment in one of the following cases:

a) within 3 months from the date of position assignment after the termination of the educational organization of Federal Penitentiary Service or the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;

b) within 3 months from the date of position assignment of graduates of the state and municipal educational organizations of the higher education;

c) within 3 months from the date of the conclusion of first marriage.

3. Employees have the right to payment in one of the following cases:

a) position assignment arrived after the termination of the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation;

b) position assignment of the graduates of the civil educational organizations of the higher education who arrived on distribution;

c) within 3 months from the moment of the conclusion of first marriage.

4. In case of origin at the employee of the right to payment for several bases payment is made on one basis and once for the period services.

Terms of implementation of payment and procedure for its registration are determined by one of the bases by federal executive body in which the employee serves.
