Article 1

Paragraph one of Item 3 of Article 426 parts one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3301; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2015, No. 10, the Art. 1412) to add with words ", except as specified, stipulated in Item 4 articles 786 of this Code".

Article 2

Article 786 parts two of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 5, the Art. 410) to add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. In cases, stipulated in Article 107.1 Air codes of the Russian Federation, carrier or person authorized by carrier on the conclusion of the agreement of airborne transportation of the passenger having the right to refuse the conclusion of the agreement of airborne transportation of the passenger if the passenger is entered in the register of persons whose airborne transportation is limited by carrier.".
