At the same time the cumulative size introductory and (or) the membership fees of one party member within calendar year cannot exceed the extreme size of the amount of donations from one physical person, stipulated in Item the 8th article 30 of this Federal Law;";

2) in Article 34:

a) in Item 5 the second offer to state in the following edition: "Information (surname, name, middle name, the name of the subject of the Russian Federation where there is residence) on the members of political party who paid the admission and (or) membership fees, the size of these fees is specified in cases if the cumulative size introductory and the membership fees or the membership fees of one party member within calendar year exceeds the size established by Russian Central Election Commission.";
