About creation of organization

For the purpose of the organization of scientific and technical maintenance of activities in the field of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety I decide:

1. Create the public scientific technical institution "Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety" (further – organization) with the number of staff of 25 units without increase in the number of staff of workers in system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the organization is the state state-financed organization subordinated to the Ministry of Emergency Situations;

2.2. content of organization is performed at the expense of the means of the republican budget and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

Content of organization in 2017 is performed at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on content of bodies and divisions for emergency situations of the Republic of Belarus, and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;

2.3. for the purpose of implementation of scientific activities in organization positions of scientists are provided;

2.4. No. 27 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 18.01.2019

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 14.11.2022 No. 405

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till December 15, 2017 to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

5. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations till December 15, 2017:

take measures for placement of organization;

approve the charter of organization;

provide creation of material and technical resources of organization;

take other measures for implementation of this Decree.
