Approve Changes in the unified form of the statement which is drawn up by results of conducting scheduled (unplanned) inspection on observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of obligatory national pension insurance, approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of February 04, 2016 No. 2-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2016 for No. 270/28400, which are applied.
2. To department of internal audit and financial control (Shulyak A. P.) and to legal department (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
