About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of refining of requirements under the terms of stock holding of cash which is transferred to authorized banks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. In Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 408 "About approval of the Regulations on transfer of inventories of cash on storage in authorized banks" words and figures", except subitems 2 and 4 of Item 18 of the Section II of Provisions which become effective since December 1, 2018" to exclude.
2. Approve Changes in Regulations on transfer of inventories of cash on the storage in authorized banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 408 (with changes) which are applied.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
