About modification and amendments in some Orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014, No. 148 "About the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan", the following changes and amendments:

- in the thirty eighth paragraph of Item 6 of the word of "persons with limited opportunities" to replace with the word of "disabled people";

- add Item 7 with the thirty fifth paragraph of the following content:

"-procedure for state registration of chemical means for diagnosis of diseases for the purpose of prevention and treatment, and also the equipment and laboratory goods";

- in the fifty fifth paragraph of Item 7 of the word of "stationary organizations" shall be replaced with words "organizations of permanent stay";

- add Item 7 with the sixty fifth paragraph of the following content:

"-resolves the issues concerning accommodation of handicapped children in organizations of permanent stay of the public assistance";

- to state the fourth paragraph of Item 10 in the following edition:
