About modification of the Regulations on provision by banks of Ukraine information on transactions on purchase and sale of credit resources in national currency in the interbank credit market

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 and 57 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Item 8 of the Regulations on provision by banks of Ukraine information on agreements on purchase and sale of credit resources in national currency in the interbank credit market approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 21, 2004 No. 20, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 06, 2004 for No. 170/8769 (with changes), such changes:

1) in paragraph one of the word and figures "of 17.06.2004 No. 280, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.07.2004 for No. 918/9517 (with changes)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "of September 11, 2017 No. 89";

Paragraphs two - to state 2) to the seventh in the following edition:

"the loans which are granted (are prolonged) to other banks (accounts 1520, of 1521, of 1524, of 1533, of 1543), are reflected banks partners as the credits which are obtained (are prolonged) from other banks (the account 1621, of 1623);
