About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2012 No. 384

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2012 No. 384 "About some questions of exhibition and fair activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 50, 5/35618; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.07. 2013, 5/37484; 25.07. 2014, 5/39167) following changes:
1.1. in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word to "Ministry of Trade" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade";
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for the organization of exhibitions, trade fairs and fairs in the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in subitem 5.1 of Item 5, paragraph one of subitem 6.1 of Item 6, paragraph one of Item 8, paragraph one of part one of Item 9, Item 11 of the word "Ministry of Trade" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade";
Item 10 in paragraph one:
"Minister of Trade" shall be replaced with words words "The minister of anti-monopoly regulation and trade";
words of "Ministry of Trade" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of anti-monopoly regulation and trade";
in Item 13:
word in paragraph three "Ministry of Trade" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade";
in paragraph nine of the word "Ministry of Trade" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
