About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 78, 5/34078; 2012, No. 10, 5/35116; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.09. 2012, 5/36184; 02:07. 2013, 5/37480; 14:03. 2015, 5/40249; 10:02. 2016, 5/41663; 13:10. 2016, 5/42744) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in item 4:
state subitem 4.20 in the following edition:
"4.20. provides control of radioactive pollution of soils of farmlands, agricultural products, raw materials and forages, products of animal and plant origin, carrying out radiation monitoring of farmlands and performs approval of the amounts of works provided by complex of protective measures for the farmlands contaminated by radionuclides within implementation of state programs on overcoming effects of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP;";
in subitem 4.27 of the word of "higher educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "institutions of higher education";
