1.1. third of Article 10 to exclude part;
1.2. in part one of Article 41 of the word "deputy chief of the Secretariat of Council of the Republic" shall be replaced with words "his deputy";
1.3. the fourth to state the paragraph to part one of Article 75 in the following edition:

1.4. in Article 107 part two:
