About creation of the Unified state register of the companies and organization of Ukraine
For the purpose of ensuring single state accounting of the companies and organizations of all patterns of ownership the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on the Unified state register of the companies and the organizations of Ukraine it (is applied) and to enact it since January 1, 1996.
2. To the ministry of statistics to take measures for creation and introduction of the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine.
3. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics during forming of the Government budget of Ukraine and development of the State program of economic and social development of Ukraine to provide annual allocation to the Ministry of statistics of the corresponding budgetary appropriations for ensuring maintaining and enhancement of the Unified state register of the companies and the organizations of Ukraine.
4. To the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of statistics, the State Customs Committee, the Main state tax authorities in connection with creation of the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine to prepare and provide in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine drafts of acts of the legislation on enhancement of the operating system of state registration of subjects of business activity in a month.
5. To the ministry of statistics:
in a month to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure the documents and rates following from Regulations on the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine;
provide forming of the database of the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine on the basis of the State register of reporting (statistical) units with preserving the identification codes assigned for business entities.
To the Ministry of Finance to provide allocation to the Ministry of statistics of assignments for accomplishment of the specified work.
