About terms of transfer of subjects of business activity into accounting of settlement transactions in cash and non-cash form using registrars of settlement transactions

According to the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish terms of transfer of subjects of business activity into accounting of settlement transactions in cash and non-cash form using registrars of settlement transactions according to appendix.

Before the specified terms subjects of business activity perform settlement transactions using books of accounting of settlement transactions, except those subjects which forms and conditions of carrying out activities are given in Items 4, the 5 and 7 appendices which perform settlement transactions using the electronic control cash registers and computer systems entered in the State register of electronic control cash registers and computer systems by condition for December 31, 2000 and also using the point-of-sale terminals intended for work with payment cards.

2. Provide to the Ministry of Economics till July 1, 2001 development of technical requirements to vending machines of goods (services) in the expense limits provided to it in the Government budget of Ukraine for 2001 for applied scientific and scientific and technical developments in the priority directions.

To provide to the ministry of industrial policy till February 1, 2003 the organization of development of vending machines of goods (services) which will meet the specified requirements, and also memory devices (fiscal memory) for equipment of the automatic machines which are already operating.
