About modification of some legal acts in the field of land use

Article 1.
Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:
in Article 77:
a) state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. The earth of settlements, provided in temporary use, can be transferred to the sublease only for use according to purpose of these lands, except for the parcels of land which are in the state-owned and municipal property which cannot be transferred to the sublease. The objects which are on the corresponding parcels of land and registered by authorized body can be leased also the sublease according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
