WE ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity of arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) which is applied.

2. To head department of control and reforming of procedures of legalization of subjects of housekeeping Gospredprinimatelstva and to management concerning property and bankruptcy of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice.

3. To management concerning property and bankruptcy of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration (Maximov O. A.) provide publication of this order in mass media.
