"314. The purchase by method from one source is performed by the single distributor in the following cases:
1) in case of recognition of the two-stage tender in general or on its any lot cancelled;
2) in case of receipt of the additional request from customers towards increase in amount of medicines, products of medical appointment, and also in case of purchase for forming or replenishment of not reduced inventory in the same financial year;
