According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 N1698 "About Approval of the List of Bodies of Licensing"

WE ORDER:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of especially dangerous chemicals (according to the list which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) (daleelitsenzionny conditions) which are applied.

2. To management of licensing of types of economic activity of Department of registration and licensing Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Efremov O. V.), to Management of the chemical industry of Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine (Filonov A. P.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of Licensed conditions on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To administration of Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine (Shistko Yu. G.) provide the publication of Licensed conditions in mass media.

4. Declare invalid the order of 15.06.99 N 52/210 "About approval of the Instruction about conditions and rules of implementation of business activity (licensed conditions) on production and realization of especially dangerous chemicals and control of their observance", registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.07.99 for N 430/3723.
