1. Add Article 11 with the third and fourth parts of the following content:
"Advertizing of medical services in abortion and artificial insemination is prohibited.
In the Azerbaijan Republic only the medicines provided without recipe of the doctor, technology of medical appointment, medical, preventive, diagnostic and rehabilitation methods can be advertized, use (application) of which is authorized relevant organ of the executive authority. Requirements to advertizing of medicines, the equipment and products of medical appointment, medical services are established by the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing" and "About medicines".".
2. Exclude the fourth part of Article 37.
