In the column "Executive Organizations" of part 6 of the Section V "The actions plan, connected with implementation of the state youth policy in the Azerbaijan Republic", No. 169 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 29, 1999 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 7, Article 431; 2001, No. 7, Article 459; 2007, No. 5, Article 459; 2010, No. 2, Article 80) of the word "State Commission on Enrolment of Students" shall be replaced with words "The state examination center".

2. In the Item 3.2 "Regulations on Rules of Carrying Out Tender with Candidates for Acceptance for Work in Prosecutor's Office", No. 509 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 19, 2001 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 6, Article 407; 2007, No. 11, Article 1118; 2009, No. 6, Article 419; 2012, No. 4, Article 290, No. 5, Article 427), the words "State Commission on Enrolment of Students" shall be replaced with words "The state examination center".
