About crop insurance of crops, the cattle and bird in 2018

For the purpose of determination of conditions of compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and bird I decide:

1. Approve:

the list of crops, the cattle and bird and insurance rates on compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and bird for 2018 (is attached);

percent of compensation of damage and costs on having changed in case of death of crops for 2018 at the level of 17 percent;

percent of compensation of damage in case of death (case), forced slaughter (destruction) of the cattle and bird for 2018 at the level of 100 percent.

2. Determine that the insurers who signed in 2017-2018 agreements of compulsory insurance concerning the crops which are goods under the delivery agreement of goods (agricultural products) for republican state needs and not fulfilled duties on transfer of prepaid (advanced) goods under such agreement in case of loss occurrence represent to the insurer the written order.

At such order person (buyer) which made advance payment (advance payment) of goods for payment is specified to it at the expense of the insurance indemnity which is due to the insurer, except for compensated costs on having changed, previously effected payment (advance payment) of goods.

3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
