About entering of amendment and change into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 21, 2016 No. 747

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for transfer of debt on soft credits on local executive and administrative organs of basic territorial level approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 21, 2016 No. 747 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.09. 2016, 5/42649), following amendment and change:
Item 1 after the words "premises" to add with words ", repair of the empty individual apartment houses (apartments), fee connected with state registration of real estate";
in the paragraph the second Item 6 of the word "within 90 days" shall be replaced with words "in the terms established in schedules of registration of the premises approved by local executive and administrative organs, but no later than three years".
2. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
