About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Items 10, of the 15th Article 7 and to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Appendix 1 to the Regulations on procedure for creation and submission of administrative data concerning activities of dealers in securities in the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 25, 2012 No. 1283, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2012 for No. 1737/22049 (with changes) to be reworded as follows which is applied.

2. Appendix 16 to the Regulations on procedure for creation and disclosure of information by the companies on asset management and persons exercising asset management of non-state pension funds, and submission of the relevant documents of the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 02, 2012 No. 1343, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 2012 for No. 1764/22076 (with changes) to be reworded as follows which is applied.

3. Bring in the Regulations on consolidation of professional participants of the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 27, 2012 No. 1925, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 25, 2013 for No. 182/22714 (with changes), such changes:
