About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About enforcement proceeding and the status of legal executives"

I. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About enforcement proceeding and the status of legal executives", accepted on November 8, 2014 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, No. 4, Art. 136; 2015, No. 3, Art. 103; 2016, No. 1, of the Art. 60) to make the following changes and addition:

1. 11 parts one of Article 6 to state Item in the following edition:

"11) agreements on payment of the alimony;".

2. In part four of Article 36 of the text of the Law in state language to replace the word "harajatlara" with the word "cykdajylara".

3. To number contents of Article 55 in figure "1". and to add with part of the following content:

"2. The official who lost the original of writ of execution handed to it or its duplicate bears the responsibility provided by the Code of Turkmenistan about administrative offenses.".

4. In Item 2 parts two of Article 93 of the text of the Law in state language of the word "toledijinin razylygy" shall be replaced with words "toleyjinin razylygy".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
