About modification of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 21, 2017 No. 3711

1. Bring in the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 21, 2017 No. 3711 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the accepted requirements of creditors and satisfactions of requirements of creditors of the liquidated banks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2017 for No. 1104/30972, the following changes:
1) in decision heading the word of "Procedure" shall be replaced with words "Provisions on procedure";
2) in Item 1 the word "Procedure" shall be replaced with words "Provision on procedure".
2. Bring in the Procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the accepted requirements of creditors and satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated banks, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits against August 21, 2017 No. 3711, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2017 for No. 1104/30972, the following changes:
1) in heading the word "Procedure" shall be replaced with words "Provision on procedure";
2) in the text of the word "this Procedure" in all cases shall be replaced with words "this Provision" in the corresponding cases;
- 4 words "in the Procedure" shall be replaced with words 3) in marks to appendices 1 "in Regulations on procedure;
