About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About publishing"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About publishing", adopted on November 8, 2014 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, No. 4, the Art. 142), the following changes:

to state item 4 of part one of Article 3 in the following edition:

"4) creation to citizens of opportunities for self-expression as authors irrespective of nationality, skin color, floor, origin, property and official capacity, the residence, language, the relation to religion, political convictions or other circumstances.";

in Article 4:

to state Item of 1 part one in the following edition:

"1) realization of constitutional right of citizens on free search, obtaining and distribution of information by the method which is not prohibited by the law;";

in Item to exclude 2 parts two of the word "and managements";

in paragraph one of part one of Article 15 of the word "and managements" to exclude;

to state item 4 of Article 27 in the following edition:

"4) resolves other issues carried to its competence by this Law and other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan in the field of publishing.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
