In the subitem 3 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the supervisory board of public joint stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 14, 2016 No. 1044 "Questions of National Joint Stock Company " Naftogaz of Ukraine public joint stock company (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, Art. 115), to exclude the words "also more than three other companies cannot be the member of the supervisory board or executive body".
