About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the national pension insurance"

b) which size of gross income for the accounting period constitutes the thirtyfold size and more, but less three hundredfold size of the minimum wage across Turkmenistan established by the legislation of Turkmenistan – for the accounting period in the amount of at least 2 percent from gross income for this period;

c) which size of gross income for the accounting period constitutes three hundredfold and more than a size of the minimum wage across Turkmenistan established by the legislation of Turkmenistan - in the amount of at least 2 percent from the three hundredfold size of the minimum wage on Turkmenistan established by the legislation of Turkmenistan for the accounting period.";
