About prolongation of effective period of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of turbojets

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Extend the validity of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 26, 2014 No. 77, in otnosheniiotdelny types of the turbojets classified by kodami8411 12 300 7 and 8411 12 800 1 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value till December 31, 2020 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line items with codes 8411 12 300 7 and 8411 12 800 1 CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "4C)" to replace with the reference "53C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 53C of the following content:

"53C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.01.2018 till 31.12.2020 inclusive.".

3. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2018, but not earlier than after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
