1. Determine that:
1.1. the higher legal education necessary for receipt of special permissions (licenses) for the right of implementation of lawyer activities, is understood as the higher education got on specialties 1-24 01 01 "International law", 1-24 01 02nd "Jurisprudence", 1-24 01 03rd "Economic right", 1-26 01 02 "Public administration and the right", 1-24 80 01 "Law", by OKRB 011-2009 determined in the Nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus "Specialties and qualifications", No. 36 approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2009;
1.2. in length of service in the specialty, necessary for receipt of special permissions (licenses) for the right of implementation of lawyer activities (further – length of service on legal specialty), join:
1.2.1. the work in bodies and the organizations of any forms of business which is directly connected with protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities, strengthening of legality and law and order including:
the court secretary, the court clerk, the secretary of judicial board, the manager of office, the legal executive, the consultant of court, the assistant to the chairman of justices, the judge, in court on the positions requiring legal education;
consultant of office of notary public, consultant of notary office (notarial bureau), notary public trainee, notary public, senior notary public, manager, assistant manager of office of notary public, notary, trainee of the notary;
