About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 9, 2013 No. 65

According to Item 120 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 9, 2013 No. 65 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the holodnodeformirovanny seamless pipes from stainless steel coming from People's Republic of China and imported on single customs area of the Customs union" the following changes:

a) to add the name after words of People's Republic of China with the words "and Malaysia";

b) state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:

"1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the holodnodeformirovanny seamless pipes imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union from stainless steel coming from People's Republic of China and Malaysia classified by codes 7304 41 000 5 and 7304 41 000 8 CN FEA EEU, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years.

2. To provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
