About approval of the Procedure for licensing of separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy
According to the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for licensing of separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy it (is applied).
2. Authorize the State committee of nuclear regulation to carry out licensing of separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy according to the list determined in Item 1 of the Procedure for licensing of separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy, approved by this resolution.
3. To the state committee of nuclear regulation in accordance with the established procedure to develop and approve regulatory legal acts which determine requirements and safety conditions (licensed conditions) during separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy which are subject to licensing, and also to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
