About introduction of amendments to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 5-6, of Art. 60; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 4, 2013 No. 176-VII and of July 4, 2013 to add No. 396-VII) with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for ensuring accomplishment of obligations of public joint stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine".
The public joint stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" is exempted from the obligation to provide property or other ensuring accomplishment of obligations on the state guarantees provided in 2013 and to bring payment for provision of such state guarantees.
Conditions of provision of the state guarantees are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
