About introduction of amendments to the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998

In the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:

In part (2) Article 6 the offer: "The national commission represents to Parliament the draft of the budget for the following financial year till November 1." to replace with the offer: "The national commission till November 30 represents to Parliament the budget for the following financial year, and also information on the expected execution of the budget in the current year.".
