About introduction of amendments to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in parts one of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 5-6, of Art. 60; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of July 4, 2013 No. 391-VII) the following changes:

the first offer after the words "arisen as of January 1, 2013" to add with the words "and debt on difference in rates for heat energy, services in centralized water supply and drainage system which were made, transported and delivered to the population which was formed in connection with discrepancy of actual cost of heat energy and services in centralized water supply and drainage system to rates which affirmed and/or approved by public authorities or local government bodies";

add with the third offer of the following content: "The companies rendering services in production, transportation, delivery of heat energy, and the companies rendering services in centralized water supply and drainage system have the right to repay accounts payable before suppliers of natural gas the issued finance treasurer bills, and suppliers of natural gas shall accept financial treasurer bills of exchange for debt repayment of such companies for the used natural gas".
