About modification of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 30, 2008 No. 957

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 30, 2008 No. 957 "About establishment of the size of the minimum wholesale and vacation pay and retail prices on separate types of alcoholic beverages" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 84, Art. 2827; 2011, No. 99, Art. 3608; 2017, No. 71, the Art. 2160) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 30, 2008 No. 957

1. In the column "Description of Goods":

Words and figure "Sidr and Perry (without alcohol addition) in glass container in reservoir of 1 l" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figure "Sidr and Perry (without alcohol addition) in container with a capacity of 1 l";

2) words and figures "Only the fermented drinks received only as a result of natural (natural) fermentation of fruit, berry and fruit and berry juice with content of alcohol of no more 8,5 of percent of volume units (without alcohol addition) in glass container in reservoir of 1 l" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Only the fermented drinks received only as a result of natural (natural) fermentation of fruit, berry and fruit and berry juice with content of alcohol of no more 8,5 of percent of volume units (without alcohol addition) in container with a capacity of 1 l".
