About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of apostilization

For the purpose of improvement of quality and availability of the state services rendered to physical persons and legal entities according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the amount of charges for putting down of apostille" of June 13, 2011 No. 304 the following change:

"1. Establish the term and the amount of collection for putting down of apostille:

- 940 som within 2 working days;

urgent putting down of apostille:

- 1880 som within 1 working day;

- 2820 som within 3 hours.".

2. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and conditions of putting down of apostille" of November 18, 2010 No. 283 the following change:

- Item 11 of the Instruction on procedure and conditions of putting down of apostille approved by the above-stated resolution to state in the following edition:

"11. Terms of apostilization of documents shall not exceed 2 working days from the date of submission of documents.".

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
