1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of new blank forms of the certificate of conformity and declaration of conformity" of March 25, 2010 No. 178 the following changes:
add item 4 with subitem 4.1 of the following content:
"4.1. In the cases provided by the Section VII of Appendix No. 1 to the Protocol on conditions and transitional provisions on application by the Kyrgyz Republic of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, the separate international treaties entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, and acts of bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 signed on May 8, 2015 the blank forms of the certificate of conformity and the declaration of conformity approved by the Eurasian economic commission are applied.
In other cases the blank forms of the certificate of conformity and the declaration of conformity approved by this resolution are applied.";
