Article 1

Item 3 of Article 105 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. The ticket, the luggage receipt, the freight bill, post delivery note, other documents used when rendering services in airborne transportation of passengers, baggage, loads, mails can be drawn up electronically (the electronic carriage document) with placement of information on terms of the contract of specific airborne transportation in the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations. In case of execution of the electronic carriage document on airborne transportation of the passenger the passenger has the right to demand, and the carrier or person which is acting on the basis of the contracts with carrier in case of the conclusion of the agreement of airborne transportation or registration of the passenger shall issue the certified extract containing conditions of the relevant agreement of airborne transportation from the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations. In case of execution of the electronic carriage document on cargo hauling, mails the carrier upon the demand of the consignor shall issue the receipt on the cargo hauling, mails allowing to identify load, mail and containing information from the electronic carriage document on cargo hauling, mails.";
