1. Approve Regulations on procedure for selection, the organization and passing of military training of citizens according to the program of reserve officers according to appendix.

2. To the state committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
