1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 14, 2014 No. 510 "About approval of Entry rules of the mode of special conditions in organizations of criminal executive system" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9733, published in information system of law of Ad_let on October 22, 2014), the following amendment:

The entry rules of the mode of special conditions in organizations of criminal executive system approved by the specified order:

add with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1. Moving of convicts to other organizations in case of the announcement of emergency situations of social, natural or technogenic nature, or introduction of the mode of the special conditions excluding possibility of finding of convicts in organization is performed according to Article 91 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".

2. To provide to committee of Criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
