Make addition and change to the Regulations on procedure for acceptance of cash foreign currency in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank, Ministry of Finance and State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 27, 2002 No. No. 222-B, 89, 2002-62 (рег. No. 1165 of August 12, 2002) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 15-16), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

to the Resolution of Board of the Central bank, Ministry of Finance and State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 7, 2017 No. No. 222-B-1, 4 and 2017-3
1. Add Item 1 with subitems "m1" and "sq.m" of the following content:
"m 1) services in placement in the hotels and other means of placement rendered to the foreign citizens and stateless persons which do not have the permanent residence in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
m 2) tourist services of foreign partners through domestic tourist operators citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan;".
2. State Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. In the cases provided in subitems "b", "v", "g", "d", "m1" and "sq.m" of Item of 1 this provision, acceptance of cash foreign currency from residents and nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed in special cash desks of the companies and the organizations according to requirements of the Procedure for conducting cash transactions by legal entities with foreign currency in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (рег. No. 611 of January 22, 1999), with collection of currency earnings in accordance with the established procedure.".
