1. Approve Regulations on the payment mechanism of government subsidy to business entities who by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic are given the status of the breeding plant and breeding farm, according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic annually when forming the republican budget to provide financial resources for payment of government subsidy to business entities who by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic are given the status of the breeding plant and breeding farm.

3. Assign to the Ministry of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic responsibility:

- for target use and distribution of the budgetary funds allocated for subsidizing of subjects of breeding case in livestock production;

- for provision to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic of the authentic, documentary drawn up data and calculations, including indicators of market price of the implemented animals, for allocation of subsidies for development of breeding livestock production.
