About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of protection of surface water of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 14, 2016 No. 128

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of actions for protection of surface water, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of protection of surface water of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 14, 2016 No. 128 the following changes:

in Rules of protection of the surface water of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 3 of the word "and ecological wellbeing" shall be replaced with words ", ecological and sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population";

- add Item 8 with paragraphs the ninth or eleventh the following content:

"-dumping of industrial, agricultural, city sewage in places of tourism, sport and mass rest of the population;

- dumping of sewage within the second belt of zones of sanitary protection of sources of economic and drinking water supply if content in them of pollutants and microorganisms does not conform to the general requirements established in appendix 1 to these rules.";
