1. Accreditation of consulting firm is official recognition of its competence to carry out in the established area of accreditation independent examination of contracts and pre-shipment inspection of products (goods) on compliance to requirements of the terms of the contract, regulating documents and hygiene standards operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Accreditation of consulting firms is carried out by the Uzbek agency of standardization, metrology and certification (further the Uzstandart agency).
3. Accreditation of consulting firms provides carrying out the following main stages:
- representation and examination of the documents relating to activities of firm;
- appointment of the commission on check of firm;
- carrying out inspection of firm on compliance of the submitted documents;
