WE ORDER:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on accomplishment of land, cartographic works it (is applied).

2. To management of licensing of types of economic activity of Department of registration and licensing Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Efremov O. V.), to Management of the state geodetic supervision, examination and licensing of Department of geodesy, cartography and inventory of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine (Sheludko V. G.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of the state geodetic supervision of examination and licensing (Sheludko V. G.) the publication of this order in mass media.

4. Declare invalid the order of Head department of geodesy, cartography and inventory under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.05.93 N 24 "About approval of the Instruction about conditions and rules of implementation of aero photofilm-making, land, cartographic works, cadastral surveys by subjects of business activity, procedure for provision of the license and control of their observance", registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.08.93 for N 93.
